Here are the number drills to learn and love!

1: jab, round kick

2: jab, cross, round kick

3: jab, cross, hook, round kick

4: jab, cross, hook, cross, round kick

5: of whatever I call out!

 

6: cross, round kick

7: cross, hook, round kick

8: cross, hook, cross, round kick

9: cross, hook, cross, uppercut, round kick

10: of whatever I call out!

N.B. If you are too close to kick, change to a knee.

Some times there will be additional push ups, sit ups, jumping punch, kick or knee.

Tips:

  • Punch to opposite pad, and
  • Kick to the opposite side in which you have just punched

This will allow the body to flow better (side to side).
